1 – Payment for this invoice is due when you place an order.
2 – Ownership of goods shall not be passed to the customer until payment for them has been made in full. Until then the goods remain totally our property and may be repossessed if a customer fails to pay.
3 – If the goods are received damaged or parts missing, please inform of the driver the company within 3 days, otherwise your claim will not be accepted.
4 – If the goods are being collected by the company placing the order, that company’s driver will be responsible for any damage.
5 – If you change your mind, all items must be returned unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a sale-able condition with your receipt and we will give you a refund.
6 – Our return policy does not apply to mattresses unless unopened and unused due to hygiene and safety reasons.
7 – There is a handling fee of 20%
All Furniture SOLD is intended for Domestic Use. We cannot accept Responsibility if used for contract / commercial purposes.
8 – Orders over £150 are entitled to free delivery, at our discretion
